The court of Bologne (Italy) issued an interesting decision on the liability of managers of Forums. The decision was issued as part of an interim proceeding started by a company challenging the liability of Yahoo! for defamatory messages published by some users on Yahoo! Answers. 

EiG 2011 - Welcome to Milan!

From the 19th to the 22th of September 2011, Milan will become the capital of the gaming world with the EiG iGaming Conference & Expo.

I am not from Milan (fortunately) and I do not support any of Milan football teams (fortunately again!), but (unfortunately) I live there and therefore myself,  Giulio Coraggio and a number of members of DLA Piper's global gaming and betting team will be attending the conference. Also, I will be a speaker at the parallel gaming conference Combating Cybercrime in Gaming taking place at the same venue as the EiG.
