ETSI eHealth workshop – legal issues of telemedicine

I am glad to inform you that I will be running a session on legal issues of telemedicine at the ETSI eHealth Workshop on Telemedicine on the 7th of May in Sophia Antipolis. ETSI is the European Telecommunications Standards Institute and issue relating to changes necessary to foster eHealth in Europe will be discussed. It will be a great opportunity to discuss about a sector that has a massive potential growth in the next years but might face some regulatory restrictions as among others those covered in this article.
