Connected cars – Privacy and regulations: state-of-the-art and future issues

I have been invited to give a presentation about the Internet of Things legal issues affecting connected cars as part of the Connected Automobiles 2014 conference on the 12th of November in Turin.   The title of my session is Privacy and regulations: state-of-the-art and future issues, but I will cover most of the issues addressed in this post and new legal hurdles that subsequently arose.
