The Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, “AP”) published a step-by-step plan for organisations to prepare for the upcoming EU Privacy Regulation. 

The French data protection authority (CNIL) issued a 6-step methodology for companies that want to prepare for the changes that will apply under the EU the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).

Privacy compliance is usually seen as a problem for a business, but it might become the key for the success against its competitors.
